Anna Kulp and Hans Ruprecht have worked together since 2007. After Hans Ruprecht took over the directorship of the Festival from the founders in 2006, Anna Kulp joined him as reinforcement the following year. They quickly developed a well-established co-directorship (2008-2021). In 2022, Anna Kulp took over as Festival Director. Hans Ruprecht remains as the Program Director. In 2024, he and Gesa Schneider will be responsible for the program.
Jessica Brunner is responsible for author and media relations, Piera Cadruvi is in charge of our social media accounts, Martin Burkhalter looks after the hotels and Alexandra Werlen manages the festival office. Finally, Alessandro Burri provides the infrastructure for the venues.
For 17 fantastic years, our webmaster Thomas Schaer (filmreif.ch) kept our old website alive and running. 2023 we could finally implement our long-cherished plans for migrating our site.
Since 2019, Gerhard Blättler has overseen the Festival graphics: gerhardblaettler.ch
During the Festival, we will expand our organization and moderation teams, German voices, our colleagues in the festival office, and photographers, many of whom are already a part of the Festival family.
