The Leukerbad International Literature Festival is turning 30! Will you be joining our celebration?
On the last weekend of June 2026, we will be raising a glass in the rocky basin of Leukerbad to 30 years of literary highlights, thought-provoking discussions and international discoveries. Enjoy three days of thermal bathes, Valais wine and the magic of language.
The program for the 30th edition is set — 44 authors from 19 countries are coming to Leukerbad. We also have exciting new collaborations, and there are three different ways to explore the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park during the festival. The detailed program — who’s performing when and where — is currently being finalized. We’re aiming to have it ready for you earlier than usual this year. Instead of two weeks before the festival, we plan to publish it here on the website by the end of May.
